This satisfying wrap is bursting with flavor and so easy to make! Perfect for a quick and healthy brown-bag lunch idea.

To help save time in the morning, prepare the mixture the night before so you don’t have to wake up extra early before work.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 lime, juiced

The process

  1. Step 1

    in a large bowl, mix beans, avocado, salsa, cumin and lime juice.

  2. Step 2
